Gluten Free Organic Corn Flakes 325g

Personally, i find the flakes from Doves Freee from to be filling I guess it depends on which milk you use, I use the life long Soya nutty almond without sugar, and I find it very tasty.

These remind me of a cheap rice crispies I used to get from Kwik save when I was younger which is a good thing, they are amazing, great texture and taste and the only cereal I've had that are similar to those old rice crispies with the bonus of being gluten free

Doves Farm has a huge selection of products and I really like how you can search their website and find products easily that are free from Gluten, Peanuts, Egg, Soya or Wheat. Having a limited diet due to allergies or food intolerances can be challenging. And having a fussy eater or child who likes only limited foods means there is an even greater challenge. Doves Farm have a wide range of gluten free products in particular. I like their Gluten free Corn Flakes which are a very low sugar breakfast cereal. This is unlike many other breakfast flakes that have much higher sugar levels. These flakes can also be added to other ingredients including melted chocolate to make healthier sweet treats. Excellent cornflake. This is the only cornflake that has some substance, some texture and loads of flavour. It does not go soggy in milk. It is not a thin wispy flake. I would say the 325g pack has approx 6, maybe 7 servings suitable for an adult and I use a small bowl. It is free from everything I need it to be from. Highly recommend it.
