These are the only flakes which I have found which have taste, texture and substance without added spiciness. Despite their popularity in my local supermarket (they always disappeared quickly from the shelves) they no longer stock them and I now have to buy them direct. I eat them with milk alone or added to my home blend of muesli to give added crunch.

These Fibre Flakes are a great breakfast cereal for coeliacs and those with a gluten intolerance. But they are also a great option for those just looking to reduce their wheat or gluten intake or to vary their breakfast cereals. They are crunchy flakes many children really like, which can be eaten dry or with milk. Of course they are high in fibre and lower in sugar than many comparable breakfast cereal flakes. I have had these a few times now and they are one of the few gluten free fibre flakes that while being incredibly tasty are also easy to digest. Definately one of my top go to gluten free cereals. I have them either plain with milk of choice or with some fruit and honey.
