Our Gluten Free Organic Maize & Rice Penne are delicious pasta tubes made in Italy from a blend of organic sustainably grown maize and rice. There’s no need to change your cooking and eating habits with this pasta and guests may not even realise they’re eating a gluten free meal.
Cooking**: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1/2 tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is ‘al dente’. Drain and serve immediately.
This product is Coeliac UK, Vegan, Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Just like normal pasta, but do cook it for a bit less time and drain thoroughly straight away. My non-GF family say it is a little less chewy than normal pasta but sometimes don't notice the difference. Probably the best I've had.
