Not only gluten and egg free but also organic, this pasta is made in Italy with 100% red lentils and delicious served hot with your favourite sauce or cold in a salad.
Cooking**: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1/2 tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is ‘al dente’. Drain and serve immediately.
