Fantastic!!! Can't believe how great this mix is and with no gluten or egg! I used almond milk to make this vegan also. I've tried a number of mixes and making my own pancakes but have not had nice fluffy ones before. I did the american style fluffy pancake recipe and they came out perfect. Just wish I had bought a lot more of this mix as I live in Germany and only ordered one to test.

Quite surprised how good this mix turned out. Pancakes are nice and fluffy. I am the only one in my family intolerant to gluten but all of them have eaten those pancakes and loved them. Yum

This product is excellent. I made the most delicious gluten-free pancakes with tigernut milk and they didn't taste gluten-free at all.

This mix is so easy and I love the thick american style pancakes. My daughter even asked for her birthday cake to be layers of these pancakes with fruit and cream and sticky sauces in between! 2 packs made 10 dinner plate size American fluffy pancakes. So easy to dilute the batter more for British pancakes too.
