This turned out delicious! I doubled the quantities because it really didn't look like it would become a proper loaf with single quantities.

I am impressed with the ease of making this loaf using Freee white bread flour and other basic cooking ingredients. The taste is the best I have ever achieved and the texture is just right for sandwiches and toast. Comparing it to supermarket gf bread there are no off flavours or extra sweetness. A small loaf costs no more than £1 for ingredients.

The bread comes out perfect every time !! Lovely, crusty and delicious. However I'm adding slightly more GF flour than the recipe states, instead 125g I usually add around 160g - I'm quite an experienced cook and the consistency of the raw dough appeared too thin to me when making it for the first time,so I added more flour and been doing so ever since with great results.
