Gluten Free Air Fryer White Bread

We think thereβs nothing better than fresh homemade gluten free bread, and if youβve got an air fryer, then your bread making is about to get better!
If youβre looking for an easy, but still tasty and soft gluten free loaf, this air fryer gluten free bread recipe is just the thing – it is one of the easiest bread recipes we have.
Just a headβs up that if other people in your household make wheat-based bread, it might be worth dedicating a bread tin just for gluten free baking, to avoid any unnecessary cross-contamination.
Equipment:
500g/1lb bread tin, 2 x mixing bowls and air fryer
Ingredients:
1 egg white
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp vinegar
150ml milk
125g FREEE White Bread Flour
1 tsp quick yeast
oil, for bread tin
Method:
- Rub oil around the inside of a 500g/1lb bread tin and check that it will fit in your machine.
- Set the air fryer to 200Β°C and run it empty for 5 minutes.
- Put the egg white into a mixing bowl, add the oil, sugar, salt and vinegar and whisk together well.
- Measure the milk into the bowl and whisk again, add the flour and mix into a smooth batter.
- Finally add the yeast and whisk well.
- Tip the batter into the bread tin and, place the tin in the warm machine and leave to rise for 40 minutes.
- Without opening the door, set the air fryer to 200Β°C and run for 30 minutes.
- Carefully take the bread tin out of the machine, tip the loaf out and leave it to cool on a wire rack.
- Ensure the loaf is completely cold before slicing.
