Nothing like the smell of home made bread. And this tastes great too! Have used it for a few years now. Seeded and white and its always turned out great! I slice mine when it's cool and freeze it and lift out what I need, if and when. Can toast straight from the freezer or thaw. Thanks for a great loaf

I’ve always used cornflour and was very disappointed when I was diagnosed coeliac and was unable to use the run of the mill products. I’m looking forward to experimenting baking with this gluten free version.
