Welcome to FREEE, home of the UK’s number 1 gluten free flour brand and a whole range of other delicious gluten free foods from breakfast cereal to pasta, oat bars and cookies. I started my gluten free journey in the seventies, when my mother was advised to follow a gluten free diet. Back then there was hardly any gluten free options available. To ensure my mum could eat well, I started experimenting with gluten free baking and cooking using alternative naturally gluten free grains and ingredients.
