I like these, they are a pleasant alternative to corn flakes. I liked the original recipe, the new recipe is a little more dense, I think, so a standard portion tends to look rather small if you measure by weight.

I find these light coloured flakes tasty and filling, my favorite breakfast flakes. I add my own chopped nuts and fruit so I know exactly what I am eating and it keeps the sugar content low.
