Easy Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Brownie
About this recipe:
Easy to bake and almost as easy to eat! These brownies are made with FREEE Chocolate Brownie Mix and any kind of milk or oil. Store your cooked brownies in a tin – if they last long enough!
Equipment:
20x15cm/8×6” baking tray and large mixing bowl
Ingredients:
1 FREEE Chocolate Brownie Mix
200ml vegan milk
150g coconut oil, melted
oil, for tray
Method:
220˚C, Fan 200˚C, 425˚F, Gas 7
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Rub some oil around the inside of a 20x15cm/8×6” baking tray or insert a baking liner.
- Empty the chocolate brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the vegan milk and stir into a smooth batter.
- Add the coconut oil and beat well until combined.
- Tip the mixture into the prepared tray, spreading it out to the edges.
- Bake for 14-17 minutes.
- When cold cut into squares or rectangles.
