Great recipe. I too reduced the sugar to 70gms. Also added nuts and raisins 10mins from the end of baking

Sick and fed up with GF biscuits and over priced off the shelf GF treats - try these! Absolutely spot on, nice & easy. Personally I blend the oats a little and add some ginger and cinnamon, drizzle a little choccy on top - Perfect -Thanks dovesfarm for the idea!

On the advise of one of the other reviewers I reduced the sugar to 80g, if I did the recipe again I’d reduce it to 60g as it’s still plenty sweet enough

I made Gluten Free Flapjacks for the first time this afternoon. Easy recipe, chewy and absolutely delicious. Will take the advice of a previous reviewer and adapt the recipe with additional ingredients. Maybe sunflower or sesame seeds for a little more texture and nutty flavour. Gradually working my way through the Freee recipes. No disasters yet, although I have probably tempted fate by typing the sentence:)
