Lemon Zest Cookies are delicious. I discovered them when visiting London last week. I finished eating them today at my home in Switzerland and regret not buying more to bring back with me. the postage is very expensive, especially from Switzerand. I go to France to ost my parcels as countries in the EU have a much lower tariff for sending parcels to other countries and they aren't so fussy about how thick the parcels are.

I use to be able to buy these in Waitrose and Sainsburys. They are great for cheesecake bases. However, for ages I have been unable to buy them in store. Have you stopped selling to supermarkets?

I had these every almost every day during my three week Scotland vacation. I don't have the need for Gluten freee (lol) stuff, they simply taste fantastic. I've ordered 20 packs back home now. They're THAT good.
