Why have you changed these ginger cookies?!!!! The packets over the last month have been so crumbly and dry. It has been literally like eating dust. They were much better before, they now look and taste like bad quality gluten free biscuits.

I was really disappointed by these biscuits. I expected nice fat chunks of stem ginger, a soft chewiness and a proper taste, but these are nothing like that. Instead they're very dry and bland, almost Rusk-like. If I was to do a blindfold test, I wouldn't even guess they were meant to be ginger biscuits. Shame
