This Gluten Free Self Raising Flour is a blend milled from naturally gluten free rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat with added raising agents. It is perfect for anyone on a gluten free diet and can be substituted for everyday self raising flour, although it will require a little extra liquid in most recipes.
This 16kg sack is ideal for very keen bakers, small bakeries, catering companies, schools and very busy food service kitchens.
This product is Coeliac UK and Kosher certified.

Ingredients: flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), raising agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), xanthan gum.
Storage: Store in cool dry conditions. Avoid direct sunlight. To keep flour at its best, roll down top after use.
