I have bought 2 bags of this flour 16 kilos. It is an economical way to buy as we make 3 to 4 loaves each week using the Doves farm recipe. It always turns out fine.

Internet said that you can not make pasta madre (italian sourdough starter) with premixed flour, BUT i tried with the white bread mix and it work and it's amazing! Also, this is the only blend I managed to make ravioli with.
