Gluten Free Chocolate Star Clusters

About this recipe:
These very morish no-bake chocolate treats are made with Chocolate Star breakfast cereal. Store them in an airtight tin to enjoy on a special occasion or as a snack time treat.
Equipment:
saucepan, 15 fairy cake cases, 2 x 12-hole muffin trays
Ingredients:
100g chocolate
50g butter
50g golden syrup
100g FREEE Organic Chocolate Stars
25g flaked almonds
15g mini marshmallows
Method:
- Stand 15 fairy cake cases in the holes of the muffin trays.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- Gently melt together the butter and the syrup in a saucepan.
- Remove from the heat, add the chocolate pieces and leave for 3 minutes.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add the chocolate stars, flaked almonds and mini marshmallows and stir thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture between the prepared cake cases.
- Chill until set and store in an airtight tin.
