These very morish no-bake chocolate treats are made with Chocolate Star breakfast cereal. Store them in an airtight tin to enjoy on a special occasion or as a snack time treat.

Equipment:

saucepan, 15 fairy cake cases, 2 x 12-hole muffin trays

Ingredients:

100g chocolate
50g butter
50g golden syrup
100g FREEE Organic Chocolate Stars
25g flaked almonds
15g mini marshmallows

Method:

  1. Stand 15 fairy cake cases in the holes of the muffin trays.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Gently melt together the butter and the syrup in a saucepan.
  4. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate pieces and leave for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir until smooth.
  6. Add the chocolate stars, flaked almonds and mini marshmallows and stir thoroughly.
  7. Divide the mixture between the prepared cake cases.
  8. Chill until set and store in an airtight tin.
