Easy Gluten Free Coffee Chocolate Brownie

About this recipe:
Deliciously squidgy brownies with a subtle hint of coffee baked using FREEE Chocolate Brownie Mix. The mix can also be used to make Vegan Gluten Free Brownies or Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies.
Equipment:
20x15cm/8×6” baking tray and large mixing bowl
Ingredients:
1 FREEE Chocolate Brownie Mix
1 tbsp instant coffee
200ml single cream
150g butter, melted
1 tbsp icing sugar
oil, for tray
Method:
220˚C, Fan 200˚C, 425˚F, Gas 7
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Rub some oil around the inside of a 20x15cm/8×6” baking tray or insert a baking liner.
- Empty the chocolate brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Add a heaped tablespoon of instant coffee and stir to combine.
- Add the cream and stir into a smooth batter.
- Add the melted butter and beat well until combined.
- Tip the mixture into the prepared tray, spreading it out to the edges.
- Bake for 14-17 minutes.
- When cold cut into squares or triangles.
- Sieve icing sugar over the cold brownies.
