

Gluten Free Tapioca Cheese Snack Biscuits
About this recipe:
These tasty snack biscuits are an ideal gluten free nibble to serve at a celebration. Store any leftover Cheese Snack Biscuits in a tin.
Equipment:
electric beaters, 2 x large baking trays and mixing bowl
Ingredients:
100g parmesan, grated
75g FREEE Tapioca Flour
1 tsp FREEE Baking Powder
ΒΌ tsp salt
ΒΌ tsp ground pepper
ΒΌ tsp paprika
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
oil, for trays
Method:
200°C, Fan 180°C, 400°F, Gas 6
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Rub some oil round the inside of two large baking trays or insert a baking liner.
- Finely grate the parmesan into a mixing bowl.
- Add the tapioca, baking powder, salt, pepper and paprika and stir to combine.
- Spoon the water and oil into the bowl and stir to make a paste.
- Take a small teaspoon of the paste, roll it into a ball and place on the prepared baking trays.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Leave to cool and when quite cold, store in a tin.

I love cheese so I thought Iβd give these a whirl. I was hard pressed to stop eating them straight out of the oven, so good. Mine were a lot thinner than in the picture.
