Easy Gluten Free Giant Choc Chip Cookies

About this recipe:
These super indulgent, giant cookies are really easy to make using our FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix – you only need to add water and oil! For a nutty version of these cookies see our Easy Gluten Free Choc Chip and Pine Nut Cookies.
Equipment:
2 x baking trays and large mixing bowl
Ingredients:
1 FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
Oil, for trays
Method:
200°C, Fan 180°C, 400°F, Gas 6
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Rub some oil around the inside of two baking trays or insert a baking liner.
- Empty the choc chop cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the water and stir to combine.
- Stir in the oil.
- Divide the mixture into 8 balls of dough.
- Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking trays.
- Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- When cold store in a tin.
