Easy Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies

About this recipe:
Made using FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix which is packed with indulgent chocolate chips – you only need to add water and oil to rustle up these tasty gluten free cookies. So easy to bake, even when you’re pushed for time! And when it’s party time you might like to bake our Easy Gluten Free Cherry Choc Chip Cookies.
Equipment:
2 x baking trays and large mixing bowl
Ingredients:
1 FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
Oil, for trays
Method:
200°C, Fan 180°C, 400°F, Gas 6
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Rub some oil around the inside of two baking trays or insert a baking liner.
- Put the choc chip cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the water and stir to combine.
- Stir in the oil.
- Divide the mixture into 15 piles of dough and roll each into a ball.
- Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking trays.
- Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
