Delicious! You wouldn't even know it's gluten free!

I love this bread mix. You can make it in the bread machine or bake a loaf. I even try in the muffin form. Work perfect every time. Is even better than a gluten bread. My problem is that I can not find this bread mix in Cyprus where I am located.

This is brilliant, lovely texture when fresh, toasts straight from freezer and if you add mixed spice, a couple of handfuls of sugar and sultanas, you've got the best gf fruited loaf ever. My Allergic son is so grateful, and I get a gf solution to currant bun cravings.

This is the best white bread mix I've ever tried. The bread comes out with a great texture – not too light or heavy. I recommend adding salt however, otherwise its a bit tasteless.

This was my first time using this mix and it was a huge success. I will not return to shop bought. Tasted great. Great texture and flavour. Most importantly for me , no sore tummies! On the recommendation from another review I made a fruit loaf from the second mix and it was excellent. My first fruit loaf in 3 years! Thank you so much

Absolutely hands down the best gluten free bread I’ve ever made. Thank you so much for spending time to work out the mix. I made this following the hand made loaf method and used olive oil for the oil. It proved really well (1hour) and baked (50mins) wonderfully. I’m always cautious with home made GF bread as they usually always look a lot better than they taste. I waited for the loaf to be fully cooled before slicing and was so wonderfully surprised to find a lovely crispy crust and a light, springy and aerated centre- and it tasted absolutely delicious. So happy. Thank you.

This is one of the best gluten free bread mixes that I’ve used. It proved well and baked in about 50 minutes. To begin with it was crusty on the outside and moist in the middle, next day it was good for toast. I used what was left to make a very spongy gluten & dairy free bread pudding. Will definitely buy this again.

This was the first time I’d tried this mix. I found it easy to mix by hand. It proved in about 45 minutes and baked well. The first day it was crusty with a moist middle, next day it was good for toast then I used what was left over to make the best spongy bread pudding.

Just used this to make iced finger rolls. Added egg, sugar, butter, milk to make an enriched dough. Difficult to shape into finger rolls as it doesn't form a kneadable dough but I will make round buns in Yorkshire tins next time. It was pretty close to normal iced buns and certainly a very acceptable replacement. Thank you for such a good textured bread.

Had previously tried the Freee self raising flour but found it tasted very strongly of bicarbonate of soda (and nothing else) so wasn’t holding out much hope for this. It’s not too bad at all. Pleasantly surprised! Wish it weren’t so expensive though

I have used this mix a few times now and like the texture very much. It is important to allow the bread to cool compleatly so don't be tempted to cut into it too early. It makes nice crusty rolls. I would like to be able to purchase it in larger quantities 2,5kg or a sleeve of 5 x 500g.

So pleased I bought this bread mix, as the result was a beautiful, well-risen loaf with great texture and flavour. It prove for an hour and then baked in 50 minutes. I added a handful of sesame seeds to the mix and scattered some on top of the loaf before baking, and it turned out very well.

I was pleasantly surprised at the results from baking with this mix. With olive oil, it produced a very acceptable wheat free bread with a good taste and texture. Topped with poppy, chia and linseeds the toasted slices were great.

After over 10 years of not trusting any bread mixes - have extreme gluten sensitivity, finally took the plunge and got this to work on 3rd try. Started by following the "machine baked loaf" (bread mix) instructions and actual machine (Morphy Richards fastbake) instructions - it didn't fully rise. Changed to: lower water content (375ml - measured by a decent single measuring jug) + accurate water temperature measurement (after a good stir, about 29 deg C, using a thermometer) + machine settings of: prog 1, large loaf (2 lb), and dark crust. Yes, olive oil is a good choice. Am now a 'happy bunny' - as always have bread at hand.

I have used this mix now for a couple of years and my husband loves it, also my son ,who when he comes home for a few days I have to make him many loaves and bread rolls, also olive bread, I freeze it all and he takes it home in a large freezer bag, then puts it in his freezer. He said it’s the best. I always order the mix from Freee-foods.co.uk. As I don’t find it in any supermarket. The delivery is very good, always on time. Thank you Freee-foods.
