Use Xanthan Gum – a natural binder and thickener – in sauces or to improve crumb structure and reduce crumbling in gluten free baking.

How to use in baking

1. Add 1 tsp of Xanthan Gum to the mix per 200g of flour.

2. Continue as per your recipe.

How to use in sauces

Beat ½ tsp Xanthan Gum into 900ml of liquid.
