Easy Gluten Free Waffles
About this recipe:
Just add your favourite milk and a little oil to our FREEE Pancake Mix, pour it into your waffle iron or waffle machine and in a matter of minutes your waffles will materialise. Maple syrup and bacon are a popular addition to waffles while topping your waffle with a poached egg makes a substantial breakfast, tea time or supper treat.
Equipment:
waffle iron or waffle machine and measuring jug
Ingredients:
1 FREEE Pancake Mix
360ml milk
6 tbsp oil
oil, for waffle machine
maple syrup, to serve (optional)
eggs, to serve (optional)
Method:
- Put the pancake mix into a large jug, add the milk and oil and beat well.
- Rub some oil around the inside of the waffle machine and heat it up according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Pour some batter into the waffle machine, quickly spread it out to the edges without overfilling.
- Cook until the waffles are golden on both sides, about 4-5 minutes depending on your machine.
- Transfer the waffles to a warm plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favourite topping.
