Easy Gluten Free Cherry Choc Chip Cookies

About this recipe:
Use FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix to make these great little cookie biscuits, ideal for serving with a cup of coffee or nibbling anytime. They would also make a great addition to your party repertoire, served simply on a plate or sitting in mini paper cake cases. Equipment:
2 x mini cake trays, large mixing bowl and mini paper cake cases
Ingredients:
1 FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
30 glacé cherries, halved
oil, for trays
Method:
200°C, Fan 180°C, 400°F, Gas 6
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Stand mini paper cake cases in the holes of the 2 x mini cake trays.
- Put the choc chip cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the water and stir to combine.
- Stir in the oil.
- Take grape sized pieces of dough, approximately 6g each, and roll them into balls.
- Transfer the dough balls to the mini paper cake cases.
- Cut the cherries in half and press a piece of cherry onto each ball of dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- When cold store in a tin.
