Gluten Free Overnight Oats and Berries

About this recipe:
Mix your oats with dairy or plant-based milk, rest them in the fridge overnight and by the next morning you will have a pleasingly, creamy, fruity, ready to eat breakfast treat. If you are time pressed in the morning, make your overnight oats in a sealed container take them when you leave the home and enjoy them later. Keeping a bag of mixed fruit and berries in the deep freeze could be useful for making overnight oats. Bircher Muesli is another overnight oat recipe you might like to try.
Equipment:
bowl, glass or container with lid
Ingredients:
40g FREEE Organic Porridge Oats
100ml milk or vegan milk
75g mixed berries, fresh or frozen
Method:
- Put the oats into a bowl, glass or container with a lid.
- Pour on the milk.
- Add mixed fresh berries or berries from the freezer.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy your overnight oats in the morning.
