The recipe I’ve tried so far was delightful more so since I’ve done very little baking using GF products. This book inspired me to experiment

These are fantastic, I love them, but did not last long as I ate them fast. Chewy, crunchy, chocky and my oat milk turned a bit chocky too, but not too much. Tastes is mild and not overbearing like some, has sugar but not too sweet, just a perfect treat from my usual healthy porridge, nuts, seeds+berries. Yummy.
Excellent gluten free cookbook- very clear instructions have made me fall in love with baking again
